I would have never guessed this website to be so popular that it would exceed the bandwith of my photo hosting site of Photobucket. Wow.
I’m in the process of finding a new place to host them that’s free. Hang in there.

Although it’s not free, you should consider BingoDisk from Joyent.

For $19/yr, you get 10GB of WebDAV storage space (which you can mount as a Network Drive in both Windows and MacOS X) with a public folder that you can serve images, podcasts, or whatever from. Plus, no restrictions on bandwidth (within reason, of course). You can pay them more for larger quantities of storage space if you want, but 10GB should be more than sufficient.
