I went to the Mr. Marcus of the Bay Area Reporter Fireside chat earlier this year. It was fascinating,(in a listening to grandpa tell stories around the fireplace way) to hear his memories of how the Leather Scene has evolved from tiny Speakeasies bars of the 1920s during the prohibition days…. to the massive beast that is IML. (not that he’s that old…. is he?). This Saturday’s Fireside chat will be much like that.
This will be a well attended event. Feel free to join us.
