I lift weights and do serious endurance cardio 5-6x a week. I’m always looking for ways to mix things up because doing the same thing over and over can get a bit bored. The blog “Muscle Jocks” is one of those web pages I pull up when am looking for some inspiration before I head over to the gym. I’ve taken quite a few photos from this web page and put them onto my iPod. It gives me a little reminder of why I’m there benching 225lbs of steel or running up and down stairs with a 35lb plate over my head. So, I can look like this…..
