It appears to be a Candid Camera like TV show in which they tricked 2 guys to wear strait jackets and then kind of abandoned them in a hospital setting. At one point, it looks like some psych ward guards stumble on them and mean to take them away! It is so hot! You can even see the one guys underwear riding up on him, haha.” – Mark in Minneapolis
