That’s Jack Mackenroth. He has done modeling, some nude poses, likes to swim and was on one season of Project Runway a while back. He’s all over the Internet with pics.
Pretty sure it is Jack Macenroth. He was on Project Runway and is a gay olympic swimmer. HIV positive too. Can tell by the tattoo on the RIGHT arm.
