It’s Kevin Smith’s ‘Red State’.
Red State. There’s actually quite a bit of male bondage in it, but be warned it is a bit grim. Plot involves a murderous cult/church sect that believes sinners need to be executed, and many are over the course of the film, including a man killed just for being gay.
