I wanted to share this reader’s response to my entry on Solo Bondage Mistakes as I think that his example may help others.
I haven’t had an experience as intense as yours, but it is very important to think things through completely and test your ideas before proceeding and locking things. I was once playing with some chains and many padlocks. I ended up the floor, with my neck, hands and feet locked in chains to the bed frame. The bed frame is a platform welded into a square shape. No way to open it. Everything was fine until I decided to toss the keys acros the room, so that they would be just in my reach. They landed exactly where i wanted them to. when I went to reach for them I realized that I had connected another padlock and couldn’t get anywhere near the keys. I was really stuck, and had many hours until anyone would be home. I found a box of computer cables that was being stored under the bed, lucky me, and was able to toss the cable and snag the keys. It took about 30 minutes of very intense concentration to get the keys over to me. It’s easy to get carried away… I learned my lesson.
Thanks for sharing.
