𝐔𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫 ⁣ ⁣ Want an incredible arm pump with little to no equipment?? Grab a towel and any heavy object (ie. a heavy backpack or water jug work great), loop the towel around the heavy object and hit some towel curls as seen in the video. ⁣ ⁣ Even though I train in a gym 99% of the time this is probably still my preferred exercise to directly train my arms. Gripping the towel trains the biceps, brachialis, forearms, and hands for a TOTAL ARM PUMP literally. ⁣ ⁣ Throw these into the end of your workout 2-3x a week and guarantee you’ll see some great results after a few short weeks. Not only will your arms be jacked, they will also be strong and functional more importantly. ⁣ ⁣ My preferred method to train this exercise is 3-4 sets to muscular failure or metabolite sets (10-9-8..2-1) where you must complete a certain amount of work as fast as possible. ⁣ ⁣ Awesome exercise that I’ve posted about numerous times but warrants another post. ⁣ ⁣ #TowelCurls⁣ #TrueStrength
