Folsom Street EAST in NYC is this upcoming weekend. I went a couple years ago and had a very good time. It poured rain, heavy rain, for about 45 minutes. Luckily, I was in full rubber so as other ran for cover, I just stood out there in the street in rain. Hearing and feeling the rain bounce off my rubber while looking up at NYC skyscrapers was a unique experience.
