So, Roll Call… Who’s going to MAL 2009?
Those staying at the host hotel during Mid Atlantic Leather weekend next month were suddenly $400-650 less in the bank accounts. From what I understand, there was small print on the reservation paperwork that said that your hotel bill would be charged in late november of 2008 for your January 2009 stay. Owch. Bad timing. Especially with how shitty the economy is right now.
We have a Roomie to help split the costs of the hotel room. If you are considering the same, I’d suggest posting something in the following forums.

Remember, this is the weekend before the inauguration. Every hotel in DC is booked out, and at much higher rates! If you planned ahead to stay through the 20th, you got a great deal! If you don’t have a reservation by this point you won’t get one, so looking for a sharing arrangement is a good idea.
